    I received what I expected. It is a very nice 512GB 3.0 drive that has descent speed for its category. I consider the Sandisk brand to be "go to" Solid State Storage.

    It's pretty fast, too. I have other 512GB thumb drives, but some of them keep claiming errors (and I need to format the thumb drive again). I will reboot and they work OK. So far, this Sandisk has not demonstrated this behavior.

    These are my favorite flash drives by far. This is my third one and still have the other 2. I love how they retract to protect the tip and the price is always reasonable.
