This item is great to get you out of a bind. My computer crashed and the geek squad was able to put the entire computer programs on it and still had space left.

There is lots of room for recording stuff onto the flash drive.

It works just great. I like being able to carry my files with me instead of having to remember everything in my head. It gives me the extra "memory" that I just don't have without it.

I purchased this drive to use as a backup drive for my then current laptop. When I upgraded, I was able to transfer all my data from the old computer to my new one, using just the one drive!

SanDisk has always been my favorite brand for usb flash drive. This brand has always been compatible for all of my files. I am happy that now have a 512 gb format.

I bought this to do Time Machine backups of my MacBook Air M2 with a 1TB SSD. I only use about 150GB of the hard drive so there is room for at least 2 Time Machine Backups. The back ups are for just-in-case something bad happens.

Great size makes it easy to handle but not so small that it's easy to misplace. Slider is perfect for protection without a cap to lose. Only down side is there is no light to indicate connection or activity.

Got this hoping I could store my PS4 games on my PS5 and yep, it did what I hoped it would. Now all my PS4 games and apps are stored on this drive while my PS5’s internal storage is reserved only for PS5 games. PS5 games cannot be stored on this hard drive anyway.

Need a quick alternative to an external hard drive back up. did not realize that thumb drives have such huge capacities, such as 500GB meaning half a TB. Awesome idea, and SanDisk I heard they are awesome ! And awesome price as well !

I wanted the camera-card type flash drive, but the store was sold out. So I chose this one, the SanDisk Ultra 512 GB. In fact, I purchased two of them because the price was so good. I use them for backing up my laptops. In the long-run, I have decided this is a better purchase, because it is more durable, and will last longer than the other type. I love my SanDisk brand in my computers! They are THE BEST! I also LOVE the friendly employees at our BEST BUY store!!! They are THE BEST also!

This is what every student needs. Great product, small and compact and perfect size for saving documents and images for my classroom projects.
