The amount of waivers, rules, accessibilities that you read and sign off to use this is completely ridiculous.

Be careful what you buy from SanDisk for USB Thumb Drives! Ordered a 64GB capacity drive and upon opening the packaging, which said 64GB, it said 32GB capacity in windows! I do not recommend this drive based solely on the risk of not getting your money's worth.

The phone will not recognize a LG think 7. You would think this information would be available prior to purchase. Also you would think that the usb c would be standard.

I had to return it because I thought it was a thunder drive. It was not. It only connects two units together. They should explain and put a short video out explaining how it is to be used.

The C and USB drive ports don't lock in place properly and are hard to push into the computer or Phone.

Does job... but flimsy quality and gets hot

Just bought this today to use to transfer data between my new iPad Pro 11", My Samsung Note 8 (both USB-C) and to use with "A" with my desktop PC. Was on sale and now I know why... it's true value is probably closer to the $17.99 sale price... glad I didn't pay full price... the build quality flimsy and cheap. I will say that it does the job where both my Note 8 and iPad Pro 11" with iPadOS see the drive. I did have to install Memory Zone on my Android for it to work smoothly though. Main gripe... Poor build quality. 1st when using it on my Note 8 the C port seems tight. Then when I tried to insert to my iPad, super tight!! I was afraid to do so but I had to really force it in to finally "click" in. Then pulling it out felt like the port was going to snap and get stuck it was so tight! And seems tighter if I turned port 180 and plugged in... basically the port was too tight from the factory my brand new expensive iPad Pro's USB port was a used to break it in! That should be done at the factory during manufacturing. After a couple of dozen times of clicking in and pulling it finally got to wear the Flash drive was broken in and much less effort. But really upsetting it uses my devices to break in properly. Next, when I tested how it plugs into the PC with the standard side... sliding the lever to extend it til it locks, then pushing it into the USB port on the PC, the lever gave away letting the port get pushed back not being able to enter the port on the PC! Tried a few times, making sure the lever pushed all the way to a lock position and it gave away again and again when trying to plug the stick into the port! Only after a dozen of times pushing stick into port while I hold the lever firmly in lock position did the port on the stick side "break in" to the point the stick will plug in and the lever won't break loose. But I'm not sure it won't fail now and then... it just feels flimsy. Last note... if I have it plugged into my Note 8 too long it gets noticeably warm/hot. I am not even doing any tranfers... just playing with the Memory Zone app while plugged in and it was warm/hot. Now that it's broken in and able to be seen by my devices, I will store it in my tech bag for when I need it and i imagine it won't be often so I'll live with the cheapness of it. $17 bucks... eh, ok. Any more... I'd probably would go with the PNY they had for a few bucks more... looks sturdier.

    Great Memory - Poor Design

The memory function is USB ready, the USB Type C design has a few issues. Can not use it in my Galaxy 8+ unless I remove the case, the shaft is to short. Attaching the drive to a key ring or similar holder is useless since the attachment mount is tiny. You can thread a slim piece of string through the mount at best. I would not recommend this to a friend if you want to use with a cell phone or attached to a ring holder.

The speeds are good and what you expect from usbc and usb3. But this thing gets really hot for no reason! I had it plugged into my macbook pro not using it and it was very hot to the touch. Its weird because I never had that issue with any of my other usbc or usb drives.
