First one was faulty
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.OK so this was tricky to put in at first but i figured it out with ease just click it and it push buttons right out....the first one I bought was faulty really annoying to go back to the store on a hot day just to replace the memory card but the geek squad was quick about it and no hassle...other than that I really don't know how I'm going to get the battery out to replace it but that's another subject....good luck with yours hope yours works right away and not faulty...
