The size and performance are good. The full size USB connector is good. The micro USB connector could be improved. The warranty covered the first breakage. I gave up when the replacement broke.

I bought this to backup my phone, but didn't know that you had to install the Sandisk app to use it for backup. I haven't installed the app yet to see how it works, but it's good as a regular USB.

Love this little dual flash drive. Very easy to use and transfer files between computer and phone. However, make sure your phone supports OTG otherwise this dual flash drive won't work.

I use this to backup my music, videos, and pictures from my phone. It works great. I just wish it came with some instructions to interface with the Android phones. It took a while but it works great.

I needed to free up some of the space on my phone, but it didn't have an external sd slot. Found this at best buy and now I was able to plug into my phone and save all my pictures and videos.

I purchase this to listen to my music in my car and on my tablets. I works well. I have loaded 2800 tracks on the flash drive. I have had no problems with it. Switching between usb and micro usb is a little stiff. Oherwise, no problems.

This is a great little multi purpose drive. I have used it for my documents to load to my tablet. It performs well. I like the privacy I receive by using it. I would recommend it to a friend.

So, I use this device to transfer files to and from my cellphone to my laptop, tablet etc., frequently. Just be careful not to forget it in your pocket. It might in up in the washer. .....

You can never have enough USB drives. Flash drive is fast and small. easy to carry around. Very useful for phones and tables. Useful to transfer files to a computer.

I'm glad I got this thumb drive, you can use as both a regular USB drive and also a smart phone micro usb meaning you can use this to transfer files from your smart phone and onto computers.

I used when im working in the car and don't have internet. I can download something to my phone and transfer it to my laptop. The build quality isn't the best. It would be nice to have a better click to stay in micro vs type A mode.

I bought several of these flash drives - for my son and daughter who are in college and for myself as well. Can't have too many flash drives and this one was a steal on Best Buy of the Day!

This drive makes it very easy to transfer data from your Samsung phone onto your PC. It's a great way to back-up and transfer pics without using the cloud, or using valuable data space.

It is a little complicated to do each time, because settings don't seem to be saved so you start from scratch each time, but it works well on my phone. It did not, however, fit my husband's samsung galaxy phone.

This dual USB/micro USB drive is handy for loading documents I've created on my desktop into my Dell Venue 8 tablet. The only reason I didn't give it the fifth star is that switching between the two modes isn't as smooth as I'd hoped

I use this USB drive all the time. I used to use it on my phone too but I have since switched to a USB-c phone. However it is still a nice little USB drive.

This is the most handy item I have purchased . I carry it in my pocket and when I need to review info or pictures I have stored, just plug into my smartphone, no tablet or computer needed.
