I had this and the outer casing broke apart, now i just have the part where it stores the memory. They may need to work on making it tougher.

Unfortunatly I am not satisfied with this flash drive. It is built very loosely. There is no way to keep both plug ends inside their flash drive. This makes it catch on things in my pocket.

This would've been perfect if I'd known I had to do it on my computer before I left for vacation. I didn't realize my Samsung couldn't load the app that is necessary to transfer photos.

Be certain you know what you are buying. I intended to use this with an iPhone - I know they have lightning connectors and not microUSB - as the iPhone is in a Lifeproof FRE power case (has its own battery). The case 'converts' the lighting to microUSB once you install the phone. Unfortunately, the apps don't recognize this (i.e. the iOS app doesn't recognize microUSB b/c it assumes you would have a lightning connector - why not, right? - and there is no way to install the microUSB app from the Android store and run it in iOS.

The moving parts sometimes moved well, sometimes did not. It was not satisfactory, and I returned it. The movement was to extend the connector in the two directions, and it was a problem.

This is very useful. Generally, I'm satisfactory with it. My only complain is the slider was not very durable. After 6 months, it's just broken. Fortunately, it still works.

I saved my pics on this but it was more complex than I wanted. I just needed a simple flash drive. I've never had trouble transferring until I got this one.

I found that the mini C connector was too short to connect to my phone with the case installed. If you don't have a case on your phone this is a good deal.

Giving it only 3 stars since there were no instructions on how to open the flash drive up. Had to Google it first. People who write instructions often assume too much.

Not a bad tool. The only problem I had with it was that the connection to the phone was loose. I think the makers need to ensure that the fit with a phone is a good fit

This drive is pretty good, haven't used it much - the keychain holder thing could be bigger to actually be used to hook it onto something. Otherwise it's fine

This seems like a very good product but please read the fine print. It's not compactible with Samsung. I had to give it to someone since I can't use it.

Instructions were different than phone set up and could not figure out how to usesoset aside until I can find someone to help use it

The slide mechanism for the two different types of connections is not as tight as I would prefer, however it does work well as it is designed to

THIS IS A GOOD USB DRIVE. THE BODY OF THIS DRIVE IS MADE FROM PLASTIC AND FEEL A BIT DELICATE. CANT TELL IF PLASTIC WILL LAST FROM REPEATED USE.

The cover/metal parts break off. Next to impossible to plug into a phone with a case (had to review the case in order to back up data.

Thought this item would be easy to use. But I can't figure out how it works. I plug it in and nothing pops up. Nor can I see it in file manager.

Easy to carry and works great with both mobiles and laptops. But gets warm usually with in few minutes during data transfer.

Will work in my computer but not in my truck. Also thought I was buying a dual USB C and USB drive. Not exactly what I wanted.

I was excited when i stumbled upon this great device and the price got me more interested. However the product itself was a disapointment. It gets hot almost immediately after inserting it in my phone. I am thinking a defected one was shipped to me. I am very dissatisfied. Need a refund. But i am in jamaica with the product. What a waste of money.
