It's a piece of junk doesn't work on the Samsung edge 7

After a month or so, part of the case cracked. Then the case eventually cracked completely and all I had was the metal without the plastic case. I've used plenty other SanDisk products and they are typically good, but this one is too flimsy.

The silver piece broke off immediately and the android plug doesnt work with an otterbox defender case so i have to take the case off to back it up. It still transfers files ok but was not as plug n play [or backup/transfer files] as i would expect or hope.

I bought this to copy pics and videos from my note4 to this drive and then put them on my PC as it is being advertised. I installed sandisk memory zone app and connected the drive to the phone. But, phone is not aware of the drive.

Within a month of almost no use the full size USB would not fully retract and the micro would not extend. Best Buy would not exchange since after 15 days. Submitted RMA request to SanDisk several days ago and have heard nothing. I'm not real happy.

The ability to select which profile to use leaves a lot to be desired. The devices ability to "lock in" the profile is very flimsy, causing, in many cases, for the profile to return back into its housing. The overall product quality is poor.

Phone cant find the flash drive when i plug it in tried so many things. Garbage. Pretty sure its not my phone ive got a 2016 LG stylo. Anywho ill just be getting bigger SD cards instead of a flash drive. My mistake

This flash drive would not work with my Motorola phone or my pc. Perhaps it was due to lack of instructions on the package but it's definitely not a plug in and transfer type of flash drive. Very disappointed!

I am very tech savy & can't get this to work. Not to mention that if you have a case of any kind on your phone you have to remove it first because they didn't make the usb connections long enough.

This device was useless to me. It would not fit the jack on both my android devices...an Asus tablet and a LG cellphone. I couldn't return this to the store fast enough. Save your money.

Thought would be a good way to get photos off my wife's smart phone. I seemed to have accomplished downloading to the Sandisk but can't get uploaded to my computer

can't give a review .bought 2 and they didn't work with my phones, please check sandisk website for compatibility. now i'm stuck with them.

This was difficult to use. It did not complete downloading all my pictures. I say a thumb's down. Just get an external drive.

First you need to download an app, then you find out it won't work in your phone. I had the geeks try, even they couldn't make it work

This product I bought it for my Android phone and tablet and it does not work. It was a waste of my money. I do not recommend.

In less than a day the housing came apart while sliding it from end to end. Very poor quality.

I have an Xperia M5 and it doesnt fit there. I wasted my money, I will return this product.

I would not recommend this drive. This drive just broke when I pulled it from the computer.
