Not Good or don't understand how to use it

I can´t see the pics that I transferred on my phone, not problem on my Pc but I essentially bought it to use it with my phone. don´t understand the point of this device and now its too late to return. So now I have another regular Jump drive.

Plugged it into my PC moved some files and stored in my back pack pencil storage. Next time i took it out $25 paperweight. Quit working almost immediately

When I went to the Sandisk website, my discovery was that the duo drive would not work on my Samsung A52 because Sandisk had no software support for my phone. It was quite a disapointment for me. In the past, Sandisk products have not only been very useful with past devices, but also very reliable for their ease of use. Unfortunately, this product did meet my desired needs.

Removed before it damaged phone. It is trashed.

One, an earlier model with Lighting and USB A connectors never worked properly. It crashed every time I tried to back up my Photo library. There’s no way to go back and pick up those files that it missed, and no feedback as to why it failed. I returned the first one to SanDisk, and after about four months, they replaced it. I have the same issues with the second one. I bought a USB C device to try with a newer iPad to see if the faster interface made any difference at all. So far I haven’t used it, as file transfer via iCloud is faster than the old Lightning version. Flawed software, and limited usability. I’d pass.
