I need to be able to copy the photos from my phone. I couldn't get this accomplished. Only documents. I plan to return the product to the store.

Couldnt get it to work and wven with help it was no faster than plugging the phone into the computer and copying the pictures one by one.

I HAVE TRIED THEM OUT 3 DIFFERENT TIMES WITHIN YEARS & THEY NEVER WORK FOR ME FOR MY SAMSUNG GALAXY NOR MY MOTOROLA G POWER & THEY ARE A MASSIVE HASSLE TO DEAL WITH THE SOFTWARE. I RECOMMEND JUST PUTTING YOUR MICRO SD CARD INTO AN ADAPTER & THEN PUTTING THAT INTO YOUR LAPTOP & OR TABLET TO TRANSFER FILES
