I have used both the USB A and the USB C connections and it transfers files fast. The only downside for me is that it is small and I am afraid I will lose it.

I wasn't told that to transfer my photos from my phone to the flash drive that I would need to purchase an extra product to use. So it's been put aside to use for something basic where I won't need all the extras.
