There are no instructions on how to use it, i see there are files in the drive but they dont execute or run any app, Will return!

Multiple staff performed setup tasks on a second device taken from stock. I eventually contacted Sandisk to determine what worked with my iPhone 16; and they gave me a discount for my troubles. My trust level with Best Buy is at its lowest point.

There are sn disk options that do but the Best Buy guy recommended this and it could not be installed on the app. Make sure you double check the recommendation before going through the hassle of purchase and the return. Hours wasted.
