Posted .Thank you for sharing your experience. This limitation usually happens when the drive is formatted in FAT32, which has a maximum single file size limit of 4GB. To transfer larger files, we recommend formatting the drive in exFAT(https://support-en.sandisk.com/app/answers/detailweb/a_id/20821). Please note that formatting will erase all existing data, so back up your files before proceeding.
