She said the instructions are included.When you plug it in, it will show up. THE INSTRUCTIONS DID NOT SHOW UP. AND WHEN I DOWNLOADED IT, NOT A SINGLE CONTACT, HAD A NAME ATTACHED TO IT. JUST A NUMBER WHICH MEANS THAT I WOULD HAVE TO GO AND USE ALL OF MY FREE TIME AND RESEARCH EVERY SINGLE PHONE NUMBER TO ADD A NAME. THAT'S RIDICULOUS

I got it to have some external storage for my chrome book. Now I have to use an adapter to connect it to my Chromebook. If you have an adapter it would still work.

Backing up files it said I was out of room to add 30 GB. It only had 111 GB on it, and showed less than half full. It only holds about half of what it is supposed to.

USELESS GEEK SQUAD TECH SERVICES FOR BB PRODUCTS

What good is this is you can't get help when you need it! Why can't you talk the customer thru some processes over phone? Geek Squad won't help even when you bring it into the store!!! Does this thing work? I'm sure not since nothing pops up when you plug it into the computer!!! Geek Squad you suck and that's real talk!!! Won't do this again.

Allowed transferring from PC to Mac, and back again. Does exactly what it says it will, and the small size is an added plus. I like it. Good recommendation by a Best Buy associate.
