I am disappointed as I live a distance and had driven to this location only for this item

There are no instructions on how to use it, i see there are files in the drive but they dont execute or run any app, Will return!

Bad Staff Salesmanship!

Multiple staff performed setup tasks on a second device taken from stock. I eventually contacted Sandisk to determine what worked with my iPhone 16; and they gave me a discount for my troubles. My trust level with Best Buy is at its lowest point.
