You have to limit the number of photo and video to 100 for 30min transfer time.

This way if you lose your phone, or update it, you can reinstall your contact, pictures, or anything eles you want to save. Its another good backup.

She said the instructions are included.When you plug it in, it will show up. THE INSTRUCTIONS DID NOT SHOW UP. AND WHEN I DOWNLOADED IT, NOT A SINGLE CONTACT, HAD A NAME ATTACHED TO IT. JUST A NUMBER WHICH MEANS THAT I WOULD HAVE TO GO AND USE ALL OF MY FREE TIME AND RESEARCH EVERY SINGLE PHONE NUMBER TO ADD A NAME. THAT'S RIDICULOUS
