    While traveling I do not always have internet and wanted to ensure photos were backed up. I usually put the best ones in a folder on my phone then backup to the drive. I wish the 512 GB was in stock but this worked well. It will be easy to transfer the photos with the USB side if needed.

    I have no problem with the quality of this item. However, if the salesperson had not talked me through its use before I left the store, I would probably still be trying to figure it out. It has no use instructions included. Not all of us are "techy." Thanksfully, it served the purpose of saving some priceless photos off my phone.

    Does what it needs to do and having the flexibilty od having usb-c or -a is a need in 2024. Only complaint is it gets hot when being accessed over time, so not food to run programs off of, but great to have photos stored on.
