    The uneducated uninformed help at the store, told me to get this flash drive to Download Contacts from my Phone. She said the instructions are included.When you plug it in, it will show up. THE INSTRUCTIONS DID NOT SHOW UP. AND WHEN I DOWNLOADED IT, NOT A SINGLE CONTACT, HAD A NAME ATTACHED TO IT. JUST A NUMBER WHICH MEANS THAT I WOULD HAVE TO GO AND USE ALL OF MY FREE TIME AND RESEARCH EVERY SINGLE PHONE NUMBER TO ADD A NAME. THAT'S RIDICULOUS
