There is an identical model SDDDC3-256G-G46 that does read up to 400mb/s, sold by Amazon and Sandisk, ironically at a lower price than currently advertised here. The A46 must be the old model.

Never knew such a thing existed but will never go back. This makes moving pictures and videos off your phone (to free up space) soeasy and if/when you need to move them to the computer equally as easy.
