Multiple staff performed setup tasks on a second device taken from stock. I eventually contacted Sandisk to determine what worked with my iPhone 16; and they gave me a discount for my troubles. My trust level with Best Buy is at its lowest point.

There are sn disk options that do but the Best Buy guy recommended this and it could not be installed on the app. Make sure you double check the recommendation before going through the hassle of purchase and the return. Hours wasted.

Right on the package it said that software was available to allow for instant backup. Software doesn't work. Call customer support only gets promises. Unfortunately I passed the return date. I'll never buy this product again, unless this gets fixed very quickly.
