    The item was faulty and unable to return/exchange for a new one. Tried uploading pictures/videos but device was not recognized on phone. Geek squad even attempted and stated it was faulty

    The disk was good, what I needed. I had to have help with the instructions though. It was a little onerous to use, too many steps for a simple transfer of items off of my phone
