Bought this about a month ago. The c type usb part is loose, and so is the chip inside so anytime I try connect I have to push the chip in to register on a phone or pc. Now it's starting to not be readable. So if you plan use it for a phone beware the c port may become loose and slide into the stick making it useless.

This 512GB USB Type-A/USB Type-C Flash Drive was an upgrade from a smaller one I had. Very useful for backing up files and transferring them to a new computer. The Type-A USB makes it compatible with older computers while the Type-C provides very fast connection to current computers. It comes at a very reasonable price for the memory capacity. I use a few of them to back up my files on a regular basis and leave them with friends for safe keeping at their places in case of a catastrophic failure of theft. It takes all the stress away!

I haven’t gotten this thing to work yet. I wish I would’ve returned it.

very reliable USB, use this every day during the work

I accidentally purchased the wrong thumb drive. I tried to return it and I was 1 day too late, i didn't realize i only had 2 weeks to return this item and they refused to give me a refund, even though I was going to buy the right one with the refund. :(

I bought this to store/transfer files from my pc to my new iPad that has a USB C connection (my old iPad has a lightning connector). My new iPad does will not recognize the flash drive at all. So if you’re buying to use with an iPad with a type C USB don’t bother. I had to return it.

Does not work easily and had to keep uploading and uploading numerous times and still not working. It's just been sitting on my desk and now return period is over.

Very difficult to use to download photos and videos from iphone. Need additional software and jump through several hoops. Called company. I gave up.

UPS maybe delivered in wrong address in can't find my package

The Sales rep told the wrong flash drive for my phone. I need a memory flash drive for my iPhone 15 Pro Max, where I can save photos and videos.

SUCKS! Can't get it to download pictures to my computer or store Picture on drive. Staff were not helpful in explaining how to use it! Waste of Money!

No instructions! No information! You do not simply plug it in. Took lots of searching to figure out how to save pictures.

Not tech easy... very weird setup and not self-explanatory... still cant figure it out

It reads and wrotes very slow. I bought it to use with my music.

I love that this can save things from my laptop and my cell phone. I dont have a printer at home, so for documents I go to the library to print and fir pictures on my cell I go to a store with picture printers. Its so easy and convenient. It holds alot of storage as well.

Super fast data transfer. I tried a 256GB USB-C thumb drive earlier this year but it just wasn’t large enough for my files. I use it on my desktop computer and then when I am on the road, I use it with my laptop. I keep a backup folder on my desktop computer and then back up new files created while on travel to the folder. When I used a non-USB-C thumb drive, the data transfer to the backup folder took forever!

When I went to pick up this item I asked quest One about it and was given great advice and service! Way to go team!

Definitely worth having this product. Needed it last minute and the team was and is helpful and nice every time I come in.

Gratitudes for a quick delivery. I am relieving the burden of too many videos and pictures from my computer and having these SanDisks is a terrific and portable option.
