It has the reliability that I have come to trust with this brand plus the flexibility to be forward compatible with newer USB specs. I found the price to be very competitive as well.

Confusing

Had to get a app for it then it wouldn’t connect to my network. Finally got my grandson over and he figured it out. I’m not totally bad at tech stuff but I sure was to this. The other ones i have you just plugged it in and it backed up. But it was the only one I could find to hook up to my new iPad Pro.

Transfers files with ease

My son was able to use this to transfer files between a MacBook and Windows laptop very quickly and without much difficulty.

After following all the instructions and installing the app it still didn't transfer any pictures or videos. But finally after going to Geek squad they helped but still no files moved. However after I got home I tried again and pictures moved but I still couldn't get videos to transfer.
