Not enough instructions and not easy enough to understand. Had to go to Geek Squad 2x and will probably go the next time I use it. The instructions should be written by someone like me that has just learned how to use it. Being written by an computer geek doesn't help me.

I thought it stored my pics and files on it. My iPhone transferred all that on its on to my new laptop when bought it so this was not necessary to have.
