Had to get a app for it then it wouldn’t connect to my network. Finally got my grandson over and he figured it out. I’m not totally bad at tech stuff but I sure was to this. The other ones i have you just plugged it in and it backed up. But it was the only one I could find to hook up to my new iPad Pro.

But we support devices with only USB-A and some with only USB-C so having this on hand is great and so much more convenient than having to use adapters for every drive. Fast data transfer and good durability. No overheating.
