Not enough instructions and not easy enough to understand. Had to go to Geek Squad 2x and will probably go the next time I use it. The instructions should be written by someone like me that has just learned how to use it. Being written by an computer geek doesn't help me.

All the pictures make it seem much larger than it actually is. Not for those who easily misplace tiny bits!

The USB a side is cheap flimsy plastic. Spend the extra couple dollars for the luxe model or whatever it is that's all metal.
