Scandisk not working

Its design is beautiful and functional but now mine is so loose it freely spines in the keychain attachment. It started out tight and would lock on either USB-c or standard USB 3.0 but now it just flops around. I can probably take it apart and increase the pressure but a new product shouldn't have to be fixed. The issue began 2-months after purchasing.
