If only they could make USB Type C drives that size..but then that would be crazy as it'd get lost. Infact, these things are too small already, lost one as it is. But more importantly I've bought many of these small drives and i use them for storing games and other media especially from Steam. And yes, you can run steam games directly off these as a quick SSD like drive for load times in certain games (Final Fantasy XV is really fast on it) The only downside is the odd write speeds. it always fluctuates in a weird way however the end result is it consistently writing to the drive with little issue as an end result.

The speed is great - I haven't done a bench test on it, but I know that when I am using it and copying files that it performs much better than the previous USB drive that I had.

Good quality and price. This high capacity small flash drive is more convenient than bigger ones when you install in your laptop USB port or put in your keychain in your pocket.

I own a few of this type of flash drive. The older ones tend to get hot to the touch but the 3.1 seems to have eliminated this issue. Very satisfied.

Nice work, San Disk. Needed a high capacity drive for migrating competition videos, and this fit the bill. Solid value, especially if you got it on sale as I did!

This is one of those things where you forget it's even there if it's doing what it's supposed to do. We have a very simple file share setup on the USB of our router for things that don't need to go to cloud storage, but that we want to share between the computers in the house/office. We had an external USB hard drive attached for a while, but it started acting up. Replaced it with this a couple weeks ago and haven't noticed it, so that means it's working perfectly. It doesn't store as much as the old hard drive (2TB), but for what we really need, 128GB is way more than enough.

This does the trick without being bulky BUT it takes a lot of effort to pull it out since there is VERY little to hold onto. I can't leave it in the laptop as I had hoped as there is a hinged door covering the outlet that will not close with the drive is in place.

I have not had any issues ever with sandisk memory sticks. Love this compact design to use in a place where you will not be moving it from.

I wanted a place to store my music, that was starting to take up a noticeable piece of my C drive. Moving 100 GB of music freed up some space.
