I have never had a bad word for Sandisk or Western Digital...BUT. I have 2 smaller capacity (16GB & 32GB) ones like this but with metal USB plug and they do not have this problem. It says transfer an entire move in seconds. WELL, it started transfering and raced to 70mb then 10 seconds into the transfer slowed to 1.kb and stayed slow. I reached the side of my laptop to check the thumb and the side of the laptop case around the USB was very hot to the touch. I noticed that as it cooled it started speeding up a little, but as soon as it heated back up it slowed right back to single digit kb transfer. I tried the same thing on my other tiny drives and they both stayed steady at 38mb and did not heat up at all. I dont know if that kind of heat would damage anything inside the laptop, but was unwilling to take that chance. I returned this ultra fit 128GB and got me another Ultra stick 128GB. this one has a metal USB plug and sits outside of the laptop as a thumb and did not heat up and transfered the movie at 68mb.

So far, it's worked fine. The only issue its size; easy to lose. I did not do any throughput testing so I can't verify speeds. But it's worked okay for me.

I've been using this to store video from my Arlo camera. The drive is attached to the Arlo base station and works just fine with no issues.

I fund this flash drive affordable and suitable for my backup.

Sometimes flashdrives don't fit into the USB port when you are using another USB port right next to it. This product is great since it fits in a tight space even when you have a USB port next to it occupied.

SanDisk - Ultra 128GB USB 3.1 Flash Drive - Black worked as expected

I bought this to store some of my movies and watch them on my TV via the USB hub, it was compatible with both my LG and Philips TVs unlike another flash drive (from Gigastone) that wasn't registering on either TV.

I bought this drive to extend the memory of my 2019 Nvidia shield Pro and it works perfectly, not like the other drives that said they would work but were too slow for optimal functionality.

This is great for the storage aspect, but the speed is average

One of the many flash drivers that I absolutely needed. If only the exact same one came in a USB-C type and at least 1TB of storage. Wishful thinking.

I'm using this usb drive for my over the air dvr. The video playback is smooth and I can easily rewind and fast forward. I plan to buy more of these usb drives for my other dvrs.

This flashdrive is just what I wanted but I wish I could get them with a USB-C interface. THey are a little big for what I want to use them in because I have to use an adapter. Otherwise they work well.

first drive failed, second drive works well....lots of storage

I bought this 128g usb flash because I need to transfer lots of big files over to a few other computers. Work flawlessly and fast transfer rate. I'm looking to get the 256g one soon, for now this does the job.
