I didn't expect it to be so small, but it is convenient. The only thing I didn't like about it is that it is plastic. very easy to break if it falls and accidentally gets stepped on.

PLASTIC!

Have to force it on a regular size keychain ring. Very thin plastic and not confident that the plastic won't break off in normal use. As an aside, I'm replacing an Actiontec similar drive that's all metal. It's extremely durable, just wanted larger capacity. It is larger, but with the retaining ring made of thin plastic, it's a disappointment.

Device can be tough to remove depending on the device ports tolerances, but that is on the device and not this drive.

My problem was with the sales rep the most rudest person I have ever met I my life all I did was ask a Question if I could please pay for Items He told me NO go up front he had no time but he was just standing there and I had watched him ring some one else out a mins ago dealing with cancer I could not walk around to much I WAS IN SHOCK but as for SanDisk great for what I need it for
