When I removed it it was quite warm. No data showed up and it never worked again. Will get a larger form factor for this much storage. This one was junk. Plus, it is so small it is hard to pull out of the socket.

No ventilation so the USB gets very hot, very quickly. I would not recommend. I always fear it'll melt and my contents will be lost forever. Don't get me wrong, this USB works GREAT as a USB, but when I pull it out of the port and it's as hot as coffee, I get real scared my files will be lost.

File transfers on this are blistering fast. I use it store large video files to transfer from my pc to my mac and it works as a absolute dream. The only downside of this is that it is very small and you could loose it even in your bedroom. But cumulatively it is an awesome device. Look at the size comparison to a penny.
