It's great that you can just keep it plugged in and not worry about it. It is somewhat flimsy though since it seems to be made mostly of plastic.

Once I'm done reducing my technological footprint at home and whittling down the # of laptops/electronics I have lying around/not being used/outdated, i plan to stick it on my new desktop PC as a 2nd backup drive. In fact, I'm now on the lookout for the 256GB drive to be on sale for the same or nearly the same price as we approach black Friday... season

Great for extra storage space on your laptop

It's very convenient to always have accessible storage that does not have to be removed when you put your laptop away in a case/bag. It has worked great with no problems since I had it. I really love the brand. I am an educator and uses them all the time. If you use a computer that is not yours, just be sure to remember it. It is easy to overlook. However, it's perfect for your own.
