    I am using this flash drive to extend the usability if an Apple iBook G4, circa 2005 that has a 40GB HD. So far so good, I do not see any heat issues. The SanDisk sticks out a bit more than optimal, but it is a good solution for this need.

    This flash drive is great, but the only thing I worry about is losing it. It's so tiny that you need to make sure that you have it in a secure container with your other mobile device cords and accessories.
