Bestbuy offers great customer service via: phone, online or in person. I’ve purchased many flash drives from Bestbuy without issues. When a cheap one malfunctions you will understand.

It's very tiny--just like the usb piece that a wireless mouse uses--so it can stay inserted into your computer/laptop if need be, instead of a regular flash drive that sticks out a few inches or more.
