lets list it -ran one as a "steam" drive and was amazing fast ! - isnt very user friendly with drive indexing - has to live chat with sandisk to get a valid software code sent for " resque pro" but wasnt super impessed with the software. reco - buy onsale the msrp is rediculous for what it is ! but worth the 7.99 sale price!

No issues with this drive, but I leave it plugged into my router for network storage. I wouldn't recommend getting this to move from PC to PC since the plastic loop is just glued on to the metal housing

Purchased this for storing photos in a digital frame. So far, so good. Very unobtrusive.

Item was as described, used email coupon to drop price by another 5$ so it was an excellent value. I have used SanDisk flash memory and SSD's in many projects both at home and professionally and I consider it a 'go to' brand.

Yeah, it does the job, but be aware if the cheap plastic housing. Many competitors that offer similar product build them better. The plastic used on this Sandisk flashdrive is cheap and lightweight. Be careful when you're attaching it to a device, such as a laptop. I'm sure it will break easier than PNY or other better made brands.

Got the for ~$8 to set up my Unraid server. Works great with Unraid.

I needed an extra drive for a windows image to reset a laptop and this worked perfect. It appears to be completely made out of plastic however, I would not trust this to be durable so this will stay at home with my collection of drives.

Small form-factor but good size in capacity to have on your keychain

SanDisk changed the build quality on this flash drive or ones similar to it. The part that inserts into the USB port used to be made of metal. This one is made of flimsy plastic. That's right the black portion you see in pictures is not black metal but black plastic. You can pinch the plastic area and it gives. It feels like it might rip off inside your computer or tear. Very cheap construction. I definitely would NOT buy this if you plan to insert and remove this device from your computer a lot. If you plan to insert it and leave it there then it's probably OK. But I'm very disappointed they went this route.
