Size makes this great for car use with car stereo.

I have a large music collection on this drive and I just leave it plugged into the USB port in the center console. It is so small that it does not get in the way. When I want to listen to my music collection I just select "media" on the stereo to access the music library. It's been in the car for 100+ degree days and single digit days and it still works flawlessly.
