On iPhone for a 256 your looknig at another 500 bucks. On android, have your photos and movies and what not moved over to your SD card and leave your phone OS on the device as much as possiable.

It is probably a bit overkill on size, but this way I won't have to worry. It was also considerably cheaper than purchasing one that is licensed by Nintendo.
