It gives my switch more memory storage and was cheaper than the nintendo one

This was good but I ended up replacing it with a larger one to fit all my games. I personally prefer the official Nintendo ones for maximum speed and compatibility. But it’s pretty similar and hard to notice much difference so for a lower price this is quite good.

I've recently been focusing on purchasing more of my games digitally since it allows for more convenience and less worry about losing my game carts when travelling. It does however come with the requirement of needing to have enough memory on hand to store those games. Fortunately, this doubles the storage of the previous memory card and hopefully last some time before filling up again.

I typically buy SanDisk or Samsung SD cards for reliability. They both tend to be priced a little higher than many brands, but are typically worth paying more for. With so many counterfeits out there without the storage advertised, from 3rd party sellers on Amazon, eBay, and places like Aliexpress, you are better off buying from a trusted source like Best Buy. This particular card seems to be a variant of a card with the same name (different SKU) that is faster at 130 mb/s vs 100 mb/s on what I'd take to be the older version. At the original $40 price tag I would not have purchased, but with the $10 rewards back offer and 6% back in rewards, I found it to be a good value. Hopefully we see 256gb and 400gb+ cards coming down in cost soon.

I bought this card as additional memory for a 128GB Surface Go, essentially tripling the available storage. It is meant to hold my media library. While transferring my files I observed an average transfer rate of 39MB/s, well under the advertised 130MB/s. However, this was a real world transfer of multiple gigabyte files from an attached USB3 external HDD to the microSDXC card. Smaller files are slower to transfer. It is important to stress that this was not a synthetic benchmark. In any case, the transfer completed normally and now my complete media library (CDs, DVDs, videos, etc.) is available on the Surface Go. This will be a godsend on long trips and in distant hotel rooms. And my system disk is available for other programs and files. It would be even better if the card was on sale. Highly recommended.

Bought this 256gb SD card on sale to replace the smaller SD card I had in my Switch. The extra space for more games and apps is great and I’ve had no issues with this SD card brand.

Works great. I use it so my Switch can have extra space. Also bought my Switch at Best Buy. This allows me to have loads of games on the switch.

Great card for use in most telecommunication devices, cameras, and more importantly...The Nintendo Switch!!! I am a frequent downloader of games from the Nintendo eShop. Most people that have a digital library for their Switch probably know by not that you can swap out your memory cards when one gets too full. Sandisk has been a proven performer in most of my devices that require some sort of memory card. This has become even more of a necessity with the Switch. They have allowed me to increase my game library and store any digital games to multiple SD cards. If you worry about card failure, just simply copy the contents of the card to your computer and you have back up for your games!

great product my wife uses it in her go-pro we bought from BestBuy and it works great and she is happy and that's all that matters.

Saved my phone - the internal memory was all full - thanks to WhatsApp and Photos. Expanded the memory for my phone using this microSD card and my 64GB phone now has a total of 320GB. Moved all photos and any allowed apps to external microSD. The phone works great again now, and I can delay the purchase of a new phone that would cost me hundreds with help of this microSD that was about $50. All external apps and photos are readily available except after a boot it takes less than a minute for all greyed out apps to show up.
