The new computer paper stated that Office 2019 had been installed, which was not the case. So the check out quality inspection really failed to detect these critical issues The reason for a "passing" / "Average" rating is that Rachael Zigila spent a considerable amount of time restoring my old computer program: Office 2019 and she was very personable and took care of my problem. She saved your rating this time. I fixed the new computer but it took me hours.
