I can't really comment on the access speed as this is not really an issue with game cameras as opposed to a SLR style camera.

Used this in my Canon 3ti camera. Seemed really slow and more than a few of my shots were not properly focused (some of them were undoubtedly my fault). I seem to have better luck with their extreme pro and ultra pro cards. It's not terrible, just not good enough...

What we now know is BestBuy offers their products at a very competitive price. I’ve used Scandisk for a number of years and I can say they’re battle tested.

It gives me plenty of storage as I shoot in Raw and jpeg. The 130MB/second is really fast, which is always important and a plus in digital photography.
