I needed stands for my bookshelf speakers and was recommended the Sanus stands. The stands are strudy and if good quality. It's easy to assemble and there are several accessories to accommodate whatever size speakers you have. The sound from speakers are not compromised by the metal stands. The feet are cone, which comes in handy for reducing vibrations.

I had purchased these Sanus adjustable speaker stands for my Samsung HW-Q90R Soundbar Rear Surround Speakers so that they can be adjusted to the correct height for the surround effect. The quality of the build is great and comes with several mounting brackets depending on your speaker setup.

Sturdy and easily adjustable. Many speaker plates, so one has to fit your set up. I have 9 lb speakers on mine with no wobble or instability. One big complaint: cable management system does not contemplate the width (much less the plug end) of a power cord. Instead, it’s designed only for old-fashioned speaker cable. Many soundbar-based surround kits use wireless rears now, with the power cable being the only cable on the speakers. In fact, the website recommended this stand to me with the LG S95QR—yet the cords on the rears are too wide for the calve management holes.

Nice, heavy duty stands for the rear speakers. They are adjustable to get over any furniture, within reason. Speakers screw into the stands so as to not get knocked off. We like them. A little price, though.

Great stand for lightweight speakers, height adjustment is ideal and I really like that you have options for base such as hardwood floors or carpet type pegs. I also really like that the wires are hidden pretty well. Overall great stand for the price, very pleased!

These stands are sturdy and get the job done. They are pretty basic. Has holes near the speaker mount so you can run your wire up through, which is a nice feature to hide your wire. However, if you use a pro grade speaker wire, it is a real pain to run the wire through the stands.

These are well-built, sturdy, yet lightweight stands that come with many different brackets for various bookshelf speakers. Personally, I have Klipsch R-51-M speakers, so I opted for the metal plate with the heavy duty double adhesive tape that was included, so as to not damage or make add any holes to the speakers. Highly recommend!

Perfect for Samsung Q90R rear speakers

This is the third set of speaker stands that I have purchased for the Samsung Q90R 7.1.4 Sound bar and thankfully I finally found the right one. Everything I needed was in the box and it took about five minutes to put it all together. The speakers are fully secure and there is NO tilt forward like with other two stands I tried. The speakers I am using weigh about 4.5 pounds each and this stand looks like it will handle the load with no problems, the other stands with same rating leaned severely forward or seemed so fragile that I was afraid the stand would tip over from incidental contact. These stands can handle my insane cats at 3am. Definitely recommend.

I wanted to try these for just 2 of my speakers first. These are by far the most sturdiest & substantial speaker stands I've ever owned (and I've had many). They're not skinny nor too bulky, just right. Nice weighted base and thicker adjustable upright poles really gives my Martin Logan surround system nice support (they also look really nice too). I plan on purchasing another set real soon to complete my surround set up.

These stands are made by Sanus for one, a reputable TV / AV mounting retailer, not some sketchy brand. All hardware is black powder coated so it shouldn't show scratches. There are lots of mounting options and brackets, and you could easily modify the stands to suit your needs w/ a quick trip to a hardware store, but they provide hardware that should fit yours. I have some Polk S10 speakers mounted to these guys as my surround speakers and have Crutchfiéld 14 Gauge speaker wire routed through them. The back opening for the wire routing was a little snug, but made it work (use tweezers to pull the wire out the top). They're not good enough to sit front and center with a Left and Right main channel setup (in my opinion), but they don't look bad either....they just blend in for surrounds. Happy w/ them so far!

I bought these after moving to a new home because we didn’t have the same set up in our living room. I am certainly glad the associate recommended them! We use these for our Bose system and they have not disappointed. The adjustable height allows one to best position the speakers for your set up. They are sturdy and were easy to use.

    Sanus adjustable speaker stands.

The Sanus adjustable speaker stands are not cheap. For what I am using them for, is my polk s15 bookshelf speakers. These speakers are a little heavy for these Sanus stands. The stands are built well, except for the height adjust knob. I set the speakers on the stands ,and the stand drops to its minimum height. This can not be helped ,because of the design of the height knob, it can tighten only so much. My solution was to adjust the stand height, then use a metal automotive style hose clamp to keep the height set properly. That is the only gripe I have. I love them, they look good and you can run your wires down inside. Not a deal breaker! By the way the stands are rated for 45ibs.

Stands are nice and stylish. They are low profile if hidden like behind a sofa and coffe table! When I have guests they don't even know I have surround until the tv is on. Stands are heavy duty so not easy to break. Overall would be a great purchase.

Great speaker stand for my Sonos play 1

I love the fact that I can adjust the hight at will and they can support my Sonos Play 1 speakers. I will buy them again in a heartbeat. One thing to note is that the cable will not fit on the wire management holes, because the conector is too thick, but with some small zip ties you are good to go. highly recommended it.

More heavy duty than other stands I have purchased. Also extend a little higher than other stands I have. Had lots of mounting options and had the correct mounting screws I needed.

Why aren't there more stands for small speakers?

I wish there were more speaker stands for my Denon Heos 3s. The Sanus wins by default. As in there's not much out there that are reasonably priced and will hold a set of 5lb speakers. Heos 3s are analagous to Sonos 3s. It would be nice for them to be a little higher up. And would be nice for the stands to have a slightly wider pole diameter. And maybe a slightly better way to hold them in place. Right now they're about 40" off the floor, pointing a little downwards owing to the barely-handle-the-weight of the stands. And they're held in place basically by the tension of the backplate screw. No other bracket or platform.

    Study Speaker Stands

The Sanus speaker stands come with multiple ways to mount your rear speakers. I really appreciate the variety given to the buyer and I've even borrowed some ideas from reviewers on this website. The one thing that I do not like is the price. While these are very study, I feel $110 is a bit much. I appreciate all the different ways to set them up, but something sub $100 would be nice. Especially if you just bought the speakers along with the soundbar.

Assembly was a bit obnoxious, but they work with a wide variety of small speakers and have optional attachments depending on what's in the back of your small speakers. Once assembled and attached, they are very stable.

I love the features that these provide. They have a very solid feel and are very stable with the three prong feet . They also are height adjustable and come with a nice variety of speaker holders to cover just about any size of speaker out there . The price is very reasonable to boot
