These are great for small satilite speakers. not big speakers.

Stands are pretty steardy. They includes a lot of different options to accommodate all kinds of speakers.

Not good for bookshelfs made out of wood. Cannot handle heavier speakers obviously but even lightweight bookshelves from klipsch were and issue. Dont buy these inless for satelite.

I've bought 2 pairs of these. They work very well and are easy to adjust. They work well for big cable too.

I would recommend these stands to anyone looking to complete their sound system that would prefer not to mount on the wall or in the ceiling.

Stands looked great,were very strong and powder coated for long lasting durability and chip resistant.

So the speakers I have are bowers and wilkins m-1. Each one weight's about 9.4 lbs, these stands are rated to hold up to 10 lbs. I cannot have the stands extended or they slide down no matter how hard i screw them in without breaking them. They also did not have a mount that would work with the M-1, which I realize is B&Ws fault for using proprietary mounting, but the best buy employees told me that they would mount fine. I have to use a stand, and just put the speaker on top of a wider mount, not actually connected into the stand. The cable that the employee gave me to use for the speakers also barely fits.

Works well with my samsung speaker system. This set adapts to all speaker types. You won't be disappointed!

Good stands. However, make sure they will fit your sprakers. It comes with a handful of options. They didnt have the mounting hardware for the Samsung Q950a

These are decent stands with a large variety of adapters. The thumb screw for adjusting the height does not work well and does not reliably stay in place which is a concern. The ones I got were sold as new, but clearly had been put together before (returned item?).
