Incompetent Best Buy Sales Associates
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wow....I was looking for stands to use with my newly purchased Sonos Play 3. The Best Buy associates recommended these stands. THESE stands will not work for a Sonos Play 3. We have opened the box and assembled the stands so they cannot be sent back. I just shake my head at the number of times recommendations from Best Buy sales associates don't work. Every time I go into this store the associates are taking with one another and I have to interrupt their gab fest for assistance. Maybe they should be studying the products they are selling instead of catching up on local gossip. Come on KNOW YOUR PRODUCTS this is a basic fundamental in successful sales!!!
