Would not suggest using for larger rear speakers. One of the forums recommended these stands. Seeing is believeing and i don't believe that these will work.

Worked fine, AFTER I ordered the correct size nuts

The whole system for mounting speaker is a little wonky. I guess I'm aggravated because of all the hardware that came with the stands, none worked with my speakers. So I had to order the M4-8 nuts that I needed to make them work.

I could not figure out how to put it together. I ended up returning them & purchased the stands from Bose. dont have much knowledge with these stands so this might be good if you know how to install the speakers to the stands.

Also the top bracket doesn't want to stay tight so the speakers tend to rotate side to side.
