Dont buy unless....
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not good for bookshelfs made out of wood. Cannot handle heavier speakers obviously but even lightweight bookshelves from klipsch were and issue. Dont buy these inless for satelite.

Each one weight's about 9.4 lbs, these stands are rated to hold up to 10 lbs. I cannot have the stands extended or they slide down no matter how hard i screw them in without breaking them. They also did not have a mount that would work with the M-1, which I realize is B&Ws fault for using proprietary mounting, but the best buy employees told me that they would mount fine. I have to use a stand, and just put the speaker on top of a wider mount, not actually connected into the stand. The cable that the employee gave me to use for the speakers also barely fits.
