I got the era 100's and interested in upgrading to the era 300's and glad the kit came with both mounts. So basically it's 2 mounts for the price of one!

I will say I am somewhat terrified to put these up. You have metal supports, with 2 screws, but at one point in then mount there is one tiny screw holding everything, and the swiveling area and main support is plastic. These era 300’s are heavy. I’d be careful with these.
