Sturdy Shelf!

It is rock-solid sturdy and surprisingly roomy. I've got a Uverse DVR, Wireless Transmitter Modem, AppleTV, Phone and VOIP box on it. While the cable management chanel at the back of the unit seems like a good idea, it is not even close to being wide or deep enough to handle all the wiring. However, all wires can be neatly bound and mostly hidden behind the equipment. My tips: replace long cables with shortest possible versions where eve possible and use self-drilling 75 lb. drywall anchors if not hitting a stud when mounting.

The only drawback is that the compartment to hide the wires could be a little deeper. For many wires, this would be an issue. Works great if you are only trying to put about 4 or less wires through it.
