Unfortunately, that particular Bowers & Wilkins center channel speaker is too heavy for this shelf, so I had to return the item.

Too short for application

I'm sorry that this doesn't hold as much weight as you'd like. Rest assured that the shelf has been tested to hold the recommended weight limit so as long as your device is within those parameters, it should be safe, even with the anchors provided.

But the installation was very poor. My TV monitor kept hitting the cable box. At times it caused some interference with the TV reception and at other times it was too close to swing the monitor around or even to angle it down. The shelf was always in the way.
