    I bought three Sanus Speaker Stands with-in two years. Very solid construction. I modified (Sanus) speaker bracket supplied, to securely hold Sonos Speaker, with a "Simpson" construction bracket. RE: Sonos Speaker (Model # PLAY1US1BLK) no female insert on speaker to securely attach, secure, and connect Sonos Speaker to Sanus Stand. Please don't miss misconstrued my review, Sanus Speaker Strands are excellent ! The Sonos Research and Development Dept., dropped the ball on this model speaker, with no female insert !!!     The stand is great, once you put you sonos sl on it hides the wires pretty good. The stand is at ear level once you sit down and thats a good thing for surround speakers.

    A must for rear Sonos audio speakers. I bought 2 stands and speakers and couldn’t be happier with the stands. Hides the wires perfectly and is very solid on the ground!
