Disappointing Mic System — One Unit Didn’t Work

One of the two microphones didn’t work right out of the box. It wouldn’t power on or connect, which made the system unusable for its intended purpose as a two-person mic setup. Because of that issue, I wasn’t able to properly test or rely on the product, and at this price point I expected better quality control. The concept is great on paper, but reliability was a major problem in my case. That said, Best Buy’s return and exchange process was excellent. They quickly swapped it out for a DJI wireless mic system with no hassle at all. The staff was helpful, the process was fast, and it was completely painless. While I can’t recommend the Saramonic based on my experience, Best Buy’s customer service was top-notch and made the situation easy to resolve.
