Works well but runs hot when using the HDMI port

Alas, the new MacBook Pro with the M2 chip only comes with 2 USB C ports and a phone jack, so I needed an adapter. This pretty much does the job; One thing that should be noted is that when I use the HDMI port to stream a movie to the TV, from the Mac, it gets pretty hot! I'd worry about its long term reliability if it is frequently used to stream videos through the HDMI port.

Died before the 6 month mark
