Not my favorite movie but excellent to demo your sound system and video as well. Most people like it much more than I but its undoubtedly a modern day classic.

I can watch this movie over and over yet still be caught up in the drama and emotion of the story. Spielberg and Hanks, along with the truly epic cast, have done exceptional work. I also recommend Band of Brothers and The Pacific.

This movie was done so well. Hanks and Damon both we at there best in this film. It's a film I watch at least twice a year. It's also a good reminder of those that fought and died in combat while serving our country.

Epic war movie worthy of anyones 4k collection. Definitely some film grain but that’s expected with this type of movie

An excellent action-oriented (WW II, duh) character driven film. Perhaps the Omaha Beach scene is too intense for some audience members, but it is realistic for the first wave too suffer high casualties and war is not pretty.

Simply one of the best war films of all time. With a very suiting 4k transfer. I saw this in theaters projected in 4K and it was absolutely riveting.

Absolutely love how this movie has been remastered. The ATMOS audio is tremendous! The opening battle on Omaha Beach will absolutely blow you away. This is a must have for your movie collection.

We got this as part of a bundle deal with the LG UBK 90 4K blu Ray player. Lots of amazing detail and color in this 4K HDR version. Great improvement to the original soundtrack using Dolby Atmos.

Not only is Saving Private Ryan one of the best war films ever made but it's also one of the best Steven Spielberg movies ever directed.

We have all seen this movie a number of times, and the 4K version lives up to the talk. The video/audio have really come to life with the metadata the disc can store. Enjoyed this movie again on 4K.

My son bought this movie to add to his movie collection. We enjoyed the movie it's great story and historical at the same time. If you enjoy watching war movies this is a movie to see and own.

The movie it’s self is of coarse amazing. However I didn’t notice much difference with the 4K. I don’t feel it’s worth the money.

Classic Film with a great soundtrack and transfer. Thank goodness they didn’t mess around with this 4k 20 year special.

What is there left to say about this movie than I finally have it for blu-ray! This has to be my all time favorite war movie. It brings out the realism in war, no stupid love interest or story. Perfect movie if you have a surround system.
